This year we had to replace two cars, my daughter’s car and my wife’s car, due to accidents that totaled both cars. (It was a bad year!) I hate paying new car prices (and payments!) but still want nice newer cars with low miles. I found a beautiful replacement Malibu at MWS in Grand Rapids for my daughter that had more options and better mileage for a lower price than I was finding locally around the Kalamazoo area where I live. It was well worth the hour trip to go to MWS. They have great cars, a very clean facility, and most importantly incredibly friendly and courteous service. So when my wife’s Ford Edge was totaled by an 11 point buck the Saturday after Thanksgiving it was no wonder that after looking online for a great deal for another Edge we found ourselves right back at MWS!!! Trust is a big thing to me, especially when it comes to buying used cars. MWS thoroughly inspects each car they sell and I trust that I’m getting a good product from them. Many dealerships are just about the deal, but I know MWS prioritizes their customers first! So when my daughter and wife drove off the lot from MWS with their newly purchased cars, we all felt confident that we got great, dependable cars at great prices. I spent the time and effort to write such a lengthy review because MWS deserves it and you deserve to know about the best place from which purchase your next car!!! My husband and I stopped by today to test drive the Infiniti QX56 they had in stock. We’re expecting an addition to the family and although we’re not ready to buy just yet, they were kind enough to let us test drive and give the breakdown of the vehicle itself. We will definitely be keeping our eye on this dealership the next few months!!

I’ll start by saying this is by far the most best family owned dealership I’ve been to. Noah and Larry went over and beyond to help me purchase a car. They both were super friendly and tried their best to answer any questions I had. Super patient and honest people. I came out of state taking a bus and Larry offered to pick me up when I arrived into Grand Rapids, I am just amazed with everything. Fast process and gets straight to it, no hidden fees you have to worry about. Explains everything clearly, thank you so much guys. In the end they were very comforting and told me I can call them anytime if I needed help with any other services. (Purchased a Lexus 2017 IS350). Thanks again!

As everyone knows finding a decent used car right now has been a PAIN. The guys at MWS absolutely blew my expectations out of the water with helping me find the perfect car to meet my standards at a great price. Ok so this isn't even about having a car repaired ....I had a car gifted to me and I was having a hard time getting plates for it and the title registered. Of course I could not get the Secretary of State to answer me or help me at all so I just got lucky and called the first dealership that was on the list. This great guy answered (which I'm so sorry I already forgot your name) but he ,despite it not even being his job, helped me understand how to log on to their website and find the canceled appointments. So I just wanted to let you know that you have very good, decent people working there and I was very grateful!!

Staff there was overwhelmingly pleasant to make a deal with. Got me driving faster than I thought and even went the extra mile (literally) by picking me up from home to sign paperwork and get me on the road. Would definitely recommend friends and family in the future to consider buying from this business.
